Know the exam pattern
NEET paper consists of questions from subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (Zoology & Botany). There are 45 questions from each of the 4 sections. Thus paper contains a total of 180 questions, where the maximum 720 marks. Questions are of intermediate level based on 11th and 12th standard Physics, Chemistry and Biology books that follow the CBSE syllabus. MCQs are asked in the exam with 4 marks for each right answer and 1 mark deducted for every wrong answer.

Know the syllabus
Before starting for NEET preparation, students should give at-most importance to understanding NEET syllabus. Our students must compare the exam syllabus with board syllabus as their are subtle changes in Telangana board syllabus and CBSE syllabus. It is important that they spend some extra time to concentrate on the syllabus which is not covered.

Study material

There are innumerable NEET preparation books and NEET study material in the market. All claim to be best for NEET preparation. Many students also have belief that having more number of NEET books and resources can increase the chances to crack the exam. This is not true. Students should follow the right NEET books to prepare for the exam.

Practice Question Papers

NEET previous year’s question paper and NEET sample question paper are very good source to getting ready for NEET exam. Solving question papers will help candidates to know the question paper pattern and difficulty level of the exam. This will help them know important areas from where most questions are asked in the exam. Increase in the problem solving speed of the candidate is one of the main ability which only comes when students solve as many questions as possible.

Also Students should try to work hard more on the weaker sections to strengthen them. All the problems can be solved easily when students devote more and more time in solving questions for NEET exam.

Time Management

It is always a challenging factor of the NEET Exam. Students only have 1 min for each question (180 questions in 180 mins). Solving mock tests and increasing experience with question pattern can help students a lot. Students should use best of their creative mind to practice finishing paper within time limit.
